 VELAMMAL STUDENT PARTICIPATED IN THE GLOBAL LIVE TALK SHOW WITH HIS HOLINESS DALAI LAMAS Kirtida of class XII, took part in the Global Webcast Live Talk Show with His Holiness Dalai Lama on 15th October, 2020 on account of the 89th birthThe Global Live Talk Show was organised by Dr.This show was presided by His Holiness Dalai Lama who gave an inspiring speech on working together for a peaceful world.Few students across the globe were handpicked to take part and post their questions to Dalai Lama during the session.Miss. S Kirtida of Velammal Vidyalaya, Paruthipattu was one among the few participants.The Management feels extremely honoured and congratulates her for being a part of this glorious session.

  "Barroz" എന്നത് പ്രശസ്ത നടൻ മോഹൻലാലിന്റെ ആദ്യ സംവിധാന സംരംഭമാണ്. ഡിസംബർ 25, 2024-ന് റിലീസ് ചെയ്ത ഈ 3D ഫാന്റസി സാഹസിക സിനിമ ബറോസ് എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തിന്റെ കഥ പറയുന്നതാണ്. അദ്ദേഹം ഗാമ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പേരക്കുട്ടിക്ക് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച് നിത്യസമ്പത്തുകൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്ന നിധി സംരക്ഷകനാണ്.  കുട്ടികൾക്കായി ചെയ്ത സിനിമയാണെങ്കിലും മുതിർന്നവരെ ആകർഷിക്കുന്നതിൽ കുറവുണ്ടെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.  കഥയും ഡയലോഗുകളും ഇഴഞ്ഞുനീങ്ങുന്നതായി വിമർശിച്ചു.  സിനിമയിലെ സന്നിവേശങ്ങളും പ്രകടനങ്ങളും ഒരു നാടകത്തിന്റെ രീതിയിൽ തോന്നുകയാണെന്നും, കുട്ടികൾ അടക്കമുള്ള പ്രേക്ഷകരെ കുറഞ്ഞ തോന്നലിൽ കാണുന്നുവെന്നുമാണ് അഭിപ്രായം.  മോഹൻലാൽ ഒരുക്കിയ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ മികച്ചതാണെങ്കിലും കഥ പറയലിലെ പ്രതിസന്ധികൾ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.  സിനിമക്ക് വലിയ നഷ്ടം നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും നിർമ്മാണച്ചെലവുകൾ മടക്കിയെടുക്കാനായിട്ടില്ലെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു "ബറോസ്" ഒരു ദൃശ്യവിരുന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്ക് എനിക്ക് ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യാം. എന്നാൽ കഥയിലെ ഉന്നതമായ പ്രതീക്ഷകൾ നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിൽ ചിത്രം പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു എന്നതിൽ ചർച്ചകൾ ...
